Hiking & Biking

Take some time to enjoy our flora and fauna as you hike along the many miles of trails that wind through the rolling hills, across the open meadows and past many caves found on the Westover property. Many of these trails link to paths in neighboring Mark Twain National Forest, so you’ll never run out of new routes to explore. You will enjoy the bubbling waters and bountiful wildlife that you pass along the way. Be sure to keep your eyes open – you could catch a glimpse of mink, eagles, beavers and much more!

Don’t leave home without your mountain bikes! Our trails are open to all cyclists who wish to enjoy the bluebells, black-eyed susans and other diverse wildflowers that cover our land. You may even see red-winged black birds searching for their dinner or eagles soaring overhead. If you manage to cover all of our trails during your visit, don’t worry – we’re minutes from the Ozark Trail, which extends for hundreds of miles.
